Studio Equiterra is a minority and queer-owned communications strategy firm. We help organizations advancing social good tell clear, compelling stories that inspire simple action for great change.
Founded by Romeo Dominguez-Vidal and Jensen Morgan in Colorado, our agency works with nonprofits and local governments across the Americas to craft communications and marketing that is strategic, rooted in equity and sustainability, and deepens belonging.
Who We Are
Romeo Domínguez Vidal
Romeo Dominguez Vidal is a co-owner of Studio Equiterra. He is a Mexican documentary filmmaker who holds a B.A. in Film and Screen Media from University College, Cork. He is passionate about telling stories about social justice, environmental conservation, and cultural diversity. His professional background includes documentary filmmaking, environmental education, and photography.
At Studio Equiterra, Romeo wears many hats, but ultimately (even though he is a self proclaimed hardcore introvert) what he enjoys the most is meeting and forming meaningful connections with people.

Jensen Morgan
Jensen Morgan is a co-owner of Studio Equiterra. They are a sustainability and equity nerd turned business owner. Before starting Studio Equiterra Jensen worked on environmental communications and social justice in municipal government, nonprofits, and the private sector. They earned a Master's in Greenhouse Gas Management & Accounting at Colorado State University and a B.A. in Renewable Energy & Ecological Design at Green Mountain College.
At Studio Equiterra, Jensen loves finding ways to tell heartfelt stories that leverage behavioral psychology to shift people's behavior. This means blending marketing strategy, environmental science, video production, and behavioral psychology to create change.
